INITIAL CONSULTATION (VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON)

Before I can create a program for you, it’s important that I understand your history with exercise, goals, what you have available to you, and how your body moves (including any limitations or injuries).

We will also do a movement assessment where I will look at your mobility, body awareness, strength, stability, and general fitness level so that I can then create a program that will meet you where you are now and help you progress in the best & safest way to where you want to be.

ACCESS TO THE EVERFIT APP

All of your workouts will be tracked on Everfit, an app accessible through your phone or computer. You will see all of the required exercises with video demonstrations as well as notes from me as needed. As you complete your workouts, you can also log your results, leave comments/feedback for me to see, and share videos of you doing an exercise if you would like further feedback (I highly recommend taking advantage of this feature).

Check-ins

(30-45 MINUTES)

This is a time to assess how things are going, celebrate your wins/improvements, provide feedback, and ask questions before continuing with the next month of training.

ONGOING SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

Outside of our monthly check-ins, I am available to answer any questions, make adjustments as needed, and will be actively interacting with you through PT Distinction to make sure the workouts are going smoothly.
