  • Review of 3 day food journal (to be completed beforehand)

  • Identify key goals and what is most important to you

  • Identify what progress and success looks like for you

  • Understand where there are opportunities for change

  • Set expectations and build out ideas for early action plan together

ACCESS TO MY APP

All of your new nutritional habits will be tracked on the app. You will see all of the required habits as well as notes from me as needed. As you complete your habits and log the results, leave comments/feedback for me to see, and share pictures.

Check-ins

(30-45 MINUTES)

This is a time to assess how things are going, celebrate your wins/improvements, provide feedback, and ask questions before continuing with the next month.

ONGOING SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

Outside of our bi-weekly/weekly check-ins, I am available to answer any questions, make adjustments as needed, and will be actively interacting with you through PT Distinction to make sure the workouts are going smoothly.
